Team management
Each AgentCart account belongs to an organization. You can invite teammates to share access to all your stores, scans, and analytics.
Where to manage your team
Open the Org tab in the sidebar of app.agentcart.io . You’ll see:
- Your organization’s name (owners can rename it inline)
- The list of current members and their roles
- Pending invitations
- A button to send a new invitation (owners only)
Roles
| Role | Can do |

| Owner | Everything members can do, plus: invite teammates, revoke invitations, remove members, rename the organization |
| Member | Manage stores, run scans, view analytics, configure capabilities |
Every organization keeps at least one owner. If you’re the only owner, you can’t be removed and you can’t leave — invite another owner first.
More granular roles (admin / viewer / billing) are on the roadmap. The current matrix is the v1 baseline.
Inviting a teammate
- On the Org page, click + Invite (top right of the Team members card).
- Enter their email and pick a role.
- They’ll receive an email titled “You’ve been invited to AgentCart” with an accept link.
- The link is valid for 14 days and is single-use.
When they click the link:
- If they already have an AgentCart account with that email, they’re added to your org and redirected to the dashboard.
- If they don’t, they’re asked to sign up first, then automatically joined to your org.
The invitation appears under Pending invitations on the Org page until it’s accepted or expires. Owners can revoke a pending invitation at any time.
Limits
To discourage abuse, invitations are rate-limited:
- Up to 10 active (unaccepted) invitations per organization
- Up to 20 invitations per owner per 24 hours
Revoke a pending invitation to free up a slot.
Removing a member
Owners can remove any member except the last remaining owner. Click the ⋯ icon next to their row and confirm. Removed members instantly lose access to all stores in the organization.
Leaving an organization
Members can leave at any time via Leave organization at the bottom of the Team members list. Owners can only leave after promoting another member to owner.
