Running a Scan
A scan evaluates your store’s AI readiness. You can run scans manually or they run automatically weekly once you’re connected.
Manual scan
- Go to Scans in the sidebar
- Click New Scan
- Enter your store URL (e.g.
mystore.myshopify.comorhttps://mystore.com) - Click Start Scan
The scan takes 1–3 minutes depending on catalog size. You’ll see the status update in real time: Crawling → Scoring → Simulating → Complete.
What gets scanned

Scan history
All past scans are saved under Scans. Each row shows:
- Store URL and platform badge
- Status (Complete, Failed, Crawling, etc.)
- Raw score
- AgentCart score (shown when scan post-dates your connection)
Automatic weekly scans
Once your store is connected, AgentCart rescans automatically every 7 days to keep scores and enriched data current.
